Located in Nongsa on the northeastern coast of Batam, Montigo Resort Nongsa is a 5-minute drive from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, a 30-minute drive from Hang Nadim International Airport, and a 45-minute drive from Nagoya City Centre. Free pick-up services from Nongsapura to the resort are offered.

Private Pool, Efficient Buggy driver, Seafood Restaurant. Comfortable bed. Nice View. Variety choices during complimentary breakfast

All of it is super expensive for the Foods & Activities. No TV in bedrooms. No microwave. Chiller is small for 2-bedroom villa. There are no guest disposable slippers as the staircase floor is quite rough. Reception for Check-in is located in the Hotel Gifts shop so it kinda cramps during checking in time. Only live singing for Tiigo Club. No DJs. There is only 1 KTV room. Unfortunately, there is a private event in the KTV room so we are unable to have karaoke.

Great experience, the staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face, we felt home.

It was great, my kids loved the Vila pool.

The water pressure was low, so taking shower was not so easy.

A very relaxing and wonderful getaway!

The villa that we stayed. Friendly stuff at the resort. The cleanliness of our room.

Although the stuff at the resort are very attentive and super friendly, always greet you with a smile, I sometimes noticed they are a bit "Disorganized" specifically those working at the restaurant especially during peak period. That the only observation or experience i have so far. Other than that, everything is superb during our stay.

Excellent services, helpful and friendly staff. Kids enjoy themselves very much. Surprised my kid with birthday cake and a tea, of staff drove over to our villa and sang a birthday song for him. Thanks for making a memorable stay for the family :)

Overall, our stay was great. We had a 3-bedroom villa which at first felt too big for our family of 7, our kids are ages 10-16. The villa rooms are spread across like 3 stories / plight of stairs. The pool gives us a magnificent view of the property, beach and even Singapore for afar.

The food and activities are abit pricey plus you need to factor in additional 21% to the published rates. The main lobby is under renovation, so the temporary reception area may be a little cramped especially during peak season.

Staff made our day in Mondigo

The staff, the staff, the staff - very important so to mention 3 times (and Many Thanks for Angela to arrange very hard for my wife's Birthday celebration). Other than that, maybe a spacious room and pool and food in Warung Mondigo

Basins (in kitchen and toilet) leakage, only 1 TV in living room and its remote control had no battery, air-condition in living room provided us hot air (perhaps it was heater?) even I had set for 16 Celcius, less maintained room and renovation, variety of breakfast, overall food quality (in Tadd's and In-villa dinner)

The villa is spacious, this is great. However, the floor may need to wipe for the next customer.

Good spread. And nice location for sea view. .

The breakfast area no smoking or non smoking sign. I have to shift my place to sit, cos there is someone smoking at the table near the pool. I moved to the inner side, more comfortable but I missed the outdoor nature. It will be good to look into the hygiene when the staff preparing the food at each kiosk. And the guest too, I saw a guess coughed at the food area - porridge area.

it is a nice place, very nice sea view from the room. you may also enjoy the pool in your house. children love it.

the resort is too big, therefore you must rely on the shuttle. however, the shuttle is not very convenient, you must call and you must wait, some time you must wait 10-15 mins.

Overall the facilities and services are excellent. We will definitely booking again.

The villa is very spacious and exactly as advertised. The service provided by the staffs is excellent and very attentive.

The only thing I don't agreed is the different in term of the tax and charges applied to f&b services (20%)and spa services (45%). You actually end up paying more than you expected.

But it was still an enjoyable stay!

There was great variety. However i do think the quality could have been better. There were times the food had been left out a little too long and it became dry.

A great weekend getaway choice for a relaxing stay.

- Breakfast variety is adequate at least for me, if able to include more choices will be even better. - Wifi service is available throughout the resort. - Very nice scenery around the resort - Very nice sea-view viewing from villa

Below are some of the points which i think the resort can consider for improvement - The pre-payment process arrangement. Suggest should improve on the online payment process with credit card option. For the request of sending photocopy of credit card can be sensitive, most of us do not like this idea. And going through the bank with the bank transfer option incurs additional charges from the bank. - The buggie service can only request via whatapps, villa phone button is not working but at least the watsapps response is prompt. - For the spending at the resort suggest can adopt those cruise ship practice which use the room card to swipe and pay at the end of the stay. - Basic cleaning on the bath tub stopper should at least be carry out. - Shampoo and shower gel amount provided is inadequate especially after a swim, have to request.

Luxury and relaxation. Kind, friends and attentive staff

Beautiful decor in room. Having our own private pool. The Pantai restaurant was particularly good. The spa treatments were wonderful and left us feeling so relaxed.

Waiting for transport. We waited 30 mins for transport to the lobby to check out. Also communication is difficult as the room phone did not work at all during our visit. This meant having to WhatsApp busy reception staff to make bookings with restaurants and spa.

The location, view, food at restaurant is perfectly nice and I would recommend to others too!

The staffs are all very kind and friendly. But the way to work is not efficient and very slow operations. Especially you can expect to have many of customers during this festive season so it will be very clouded for check-in & check-our. However it was nothing improved to serve smoothly and speedy. Only that point is still disappointed and frustrated for our staying... Hope you could consider and improve it.

Really nice, great staff, but restaurants and shop a bit pricey

Staff were fantastic. Every guest got a member of staff assigned personally who could be contacted by WhatsApp for questions and requests. Our member of staff, Windi, was great and so helpful. There were nice touches like little gifts in the rooms and cakes for New Year. The room itself with the terrace and private pool was so nice and relaxing. Great sea view. Generally very very nice.

The hotel is big and was full which turned breakfast into a slightly stressful experience. Staff tried to put on a nice spread, but with the number of people something was always empty and took ages to be refilled. also, some guests were quite rude and just took whole platters not leaving anything for anyone else. Juice was not very nice and some days we were told we had to pay for cappuccino and others not which seemed odd. The second thing we didn't like so much was that the restaurants and the hotel shop were quite overpriced. Especially the shop charging S$22 for a small no brand sunscreen seemed ludicrous.
