The villa is spacious, this is great. However, the floor may need to wipe for the next customer.
Good spread. And nice location for sea view. .
The breakfast area no smoking or non smoking sign. I have to shift my place to sit, cos there is someone smoking at the table near the pool. I moved to the inner side, more comfortable but I missed the outdoor nature. It will be good to look into the hygiene when the staff preparing the food at each kiosk. And the guest too, I saw a guess coughed at the food area - porridge area.

What was the highlight of Montigo Resort Nongsa
First, but not the Last.
All their staff (check-in and check-out, buggy drivers, dining staff, activities staff, villa maintenance staff, etc.) are very attentive. The villa was comfortable and clean. It was a birthday weekend for my daughter and they decorated the bed and gave a cake. We appreciate the gesture very much. The breakfast spread was good and choices plenty. Dining staff served every guest with a smile throughout breakfast service. We took part in the activities - tiedye. Staff were very patient with all of us and were very clear and conscise in their explanation of the steps. (But after rinsing out, the t-shirt swirly pattern were not seen. ) The staff in the Kids Club were very accomodating too. They explained and guided the children well while they played the VR games. Would definitely considering coming back again and try the dining options there for lunch and/or dinner.
There were some hiccups with the WhatsApp system. We texted all available numbers for the buggy. We did get responses and the buggy came shortly after. The toilet has a sewage smell. Other than that, everything was good!
